Registration Forms to Download

Please bring the money in the form of check(s) or money order(s) – made payable to either “GSUSA-Heidelberg” or "USAGSO-Heidelberg".  All other troop monies should be turned in to our treasurer.  So, if you are collecting dues for your troop, please make sure that the parents write two checks – one for the registration fees and one for the dues or other troop money.

Our registrar needs your EARLY BIRD registrations no later than 17 June.

FAIR SHARE:  When a Military (Command Sponsored) Child registers with Girl Scouts, the military pays USAGSO $110.00 to pay for programs for that girl. When a girl is not sponsored by the military they do not receive this money so they ask the parents to pay their "Fair Share" .

GIRLS that are Fair Share have to pay:

$69.00 for fair share

+12.00 for National Registration

$81.00 TOTAL for each girl

 

ADULTS:

$12.00 TOTAL for National Registration (ONLY)

 

Currently Fair Share is $69.00. According to USAGSO that amount could possibly be raised in the fall (it is being discussed). Girls that register through Early Bird pay the $69.00 ($81 total). Girls that register in the fall will have to pay the new rate.
