Girls in grades 6-12 will be DISCOVERING, CONNECTING, and TAKING
ACTION like never before! The event will be held in Sembach ,
Germany , from
18-20 September 2009. Girls from all over Europe are invited
to come to Sembach
and participate in a wide variety of workshops that will invigorate
your mind, body, and spirit.
Courses include:
1)
LEADER-IN-TRAINING (LIT)--Leader-in-Training
is open to all registered Girl Scouts who have completed the 10th
grade; it enables girls to acquire the skills and confidence
necessary to guide a group of younger girls and hold future
leadership positions within and outside of Girl Scouting.
2)
Red Cross Baby Sitting Certification--If you are interested in
becoming a certified baby sitter, now is your chance! Taught by a
Red Cross Trainer, this course will teach you everything you need to
know about health and safety practices and care of children. Open
to Girls only
